Quest’anno saremo presenti assieme ad uno staff di esperti di psicologia del lavoro che ci aiuteranno a comprendere meglio la tematica del BURNOUT e dello stress che il nostro lavoro può provocare e quali sono le conseguenze di questo fenomeno.

Oltre ad esaminare il tema, proporremo ai partecipanti di compilare il TEST DI MASLACH che nasce proprio per valutare il livello di BURNOUT. Questo test nasce per essere applicato ad altre categorie di lavoro dove l’incidenza è elevata e dovuta al tipo di mansione che si svolge.
Parliamo di infermieri, guardie carcerarie, e tutti coloro che si trovano a stretto contatto con pazienti o similari, subendo inevitabilmente un carico emotivo difficile da essere gestito o in qualche modo limitato.

Il nostro è un settore dove questo “carico” teoricamente non dovrebbe risultare oneroso, ma tutto un insieme di fattori, dati anche da un’assenza di controllo da parte delle istituzioni circa comportamenti e condotte poco idonee, fanno sì che anche il nostro sia diventato un mestiere ad alto rischio.

Intendiamo pertanto far luce sulla reale condizione che stiamo attraversando affinché si possa in maniera ufficiale dimostrare l’effettiva emergenza che stiamo vivendo, per poi poterla anche affrontare.
