Ero proprietario e cosa odio come dipendenti? tutto odio quei dipendenti che assumi anche se non hanno un granche di esperienza e si credono migliori di tutti. quelli che sono piu grandi di età del titolare e quindi non gli portano rispetto pensando che sia un figlio di papà che sta giocando coi soldi della famiglia. odio quei dipendenti che non pensano a far guadagnare il locale ma pensano solo al loro stipendio. odio quelli che se li correggi su un errore ti danno la tara e poi continuano a sbagliare. odio quei dipendenti che arrivano a lavoro all’ora che dovrebbero iniziare e si fermano 15 min per fare colazione e 5 per la sigaretta e 10 per cambiarsi iniziando sempre mezz ora dopo all’ora che gli si dice. odio quei dipendenti che la pausa sigaretta si fa ogni 5 min di lavoro. odio quei dipenditi che hanno bisogno della balia per lavorare. quelli che ti rubano dalla cassa, dal magazzino. quelli che si permettono di mangiare e bere tutto quello che voglio senza ritegno consumando al mese il quantitativo dello stipendio che gli dai.
