Al di la della dimostrazione del peso che si dovrebbe dare a certe recensioni e siti che le ospitano, vorrei soffermarmi su un altro aspetto, che ritengo sia sacrosanto, ovvero il rispetto dei clienti verso l’ospitalità che gli viene offerta da locali, ristoranti, alberghi e strutture varie.
Sì, perché il signor “cico33” (bello l’anonimato eh?) dopotutto non dice cose sbagliate. Mettiamoci nei panni di chi si organizza per una vacanza, o che anche semplicemente per un venerdì o sabato sera, dopo una lunga settimana di lavoro, vuole rilassarsi, e spendere il denaro guadagnato con il proprio lavoro per comprare di fatto un paio di ore come 5 giorni di serenità di svago. E’ giusto che venga tutelato a queste persone non solo il servizio ma tutto quello che lo circonda.
Quello in cui sbaglia il nostro recensore è il target.
Vede sig. cico33, purtroppo (ahimè!) l’educazione non si riconosce da una sedia a rotelle, né da altri aspetti che a quanto pare a lei hanno fatto trasalire.
Chi lavora nella ristorazione può spiegare e raccontarle innnumerevoli aneddoti dove bambini, figli come i suoi magari, sono spesso oggetto di critiche e lamentele per l’esagerato trambusto. Ma non demonizziamo solo i bimbi, perché tanti di loro potrebbero insegnare educazione e RISPETTO a quegli adulti che il week end lo passano nei bagni dei ristoranti a “farsi” i fatti loro (chi è del settore capisce tra le “righe”), a bere alcoolici in maniera irresponsabile, per poi diventare molesti, rompere bicchieri da ubriachi, sbiascicare inutili lamentele volte ad avere sconti o qualche amaro in omaggio, fino ad arrivare a quei canti gregoriani di festa da paese inneggiati in maniera inopportuna in contesti dove non tutti potrebbero gradire un simile chiasso.
Esistono luoghi opportuni dove poter far scorrazzare bambini indemoniati (che hanno tutto il diritto di correre liberi, magari senza dare testate alle ginocchia dei camerieri), luoghi opportuni dove fare baldoria fino a tarda ora, alzando il gomito più del dovuto e gridando, ruttando a cuore libero (non ci vorrete insegnare a noi del settore come si festeggia senza freni?), e infine, esistono luoghi opportuni dove anche quelli come lei possono godersi la beata tranquillità che più ritengono consona.
Ora in molti la stanno demonizzando, senza sapere che alcuni di loro spesso impersonano la sua veste, o quella dei ragazzi disabili (in quanto vessati di critiche e visti come clienti sgradevoli)
Dovreste tutti imparare semplicemente che esistono regole di buona convivenza e luoghi opportuni dove poterle infrangere.
Lei chiedeva di essere informato della presenza dei ragazzi disabili, come se quella presenza potesse in qualche modo infrangere quelle regole.
Quello che io non ho capito è:
QUALE REGOLA DI BUONA CONVIVENZA AVREBBERO INFRANTO I RAGAZZI OSPITI DELLA STRUTTURA?

ECCO APPUNTO! Se una qualsiasi struttura turistica ospita in determinati periodi dell’anno eventi eccezionali (e non si può sostenere che una riunione di disabili patrocinata dal Rotary con la presenza di 280 disabili contemporaneamente non sia un evento eccezionale), ha secondo me il dovere di avvisare eventuali ospiti che prenotino al di fuori del circuito. Ma si sa, perdere anche una sola prenotazione al giorno d’oggi costa caro! E questo credo sia l’unico vero motivo per il mancato avviso, al di là di ogni falsa retorica e perbenismo. Vale per i disabili e per qualsiasi altro tipo di raduno di categoria. Non si tratta certo di discriminare ma di poter scegliere liberamente. Cico33 non aveva voglia di una vacanza istruttiva ma di una vacanza divertente e spensierata, diciamolo pure “normale”. Non è forse un suo diritto? I diversamente abili hanno avuto il diritto e la libertà di scegliere la loro vacanza, questo diritto e questa libertà non sono stati concessi a Cico33.
Due parole meritano quei disabili che sono insorti perchè si sa l’unione fa la forza e insieme a loro una schiera di benpensanti da tavolino che hanno scoperto il mondo dei disabili in quest’unica occasione e forse già se ne sono dimenticati, che in questo momento sono forse in uno splendido resort 5 stelle ben felici di giocare una tradizonale partita di Beach Volley anziché di partecipare a una para-olimpiade, che quando torneranno a casa forse ricominceranno a parcheggiare nel posto disabili perchè più comodo!
Concludo dicendo anche che la massa di perbenisti a tutti i costi che è insorta sbandierando tolleranza e comprensione non ha fatto che insultare, augurare maledizioni e malanni a Cico33 e discriminarlo per una presunta “bassa cultura”. Un controsenso che da solo spiega molte cose!
